1. Commercial Scope

HARIYARI provides wholesale vegetable procurement, grading, sorting, and delivery services exclusively to registered food businesses, hotels, dhabas, caterers, and bulk commercial buyers in Chapra, Bihar. We do not service consumer retail residential deliveries.

2. Daily Rate Confirmation & Dynamic Market Pricing

Vegetable mandi rates fluctuate daily in accordance with arrival volumes, weather, and seasonal supply. Online catalogue listings provide sample product specifications. A website order request or WhatsApp message does NOT constitute a finalized contract until HARIYARI confirms morning rates, physical lot grading, and delivery logistics with the buyer.

3. Minimum Quantities & Pack Formats

Orders are subject to category-specific minimum order quantities (MOQs), typically 5 kg to 25 kg per staple vegetable. Packaging is delivered in aerated crates, mesh bags, or heavy gunny sacks as specified during order confirmation. Returnable plastic crates remain the property of HARIYARI and must be surrendered or swapped on subsequent drops.

4. Delivery Inspection & Weigh-In Protocol

Upon delivery at the commercial kitchen in Chapra, the designated chef, storekeeper, or manager must inspect the produce and verify net weights against the accompanying delivery slip. Any quality discrepancies or weight variations must be noted immediately at the point of handover.

5. Settlement & Payment Terms

Unless a credit billing cycle has been formalized via written agreement with verified corporate partners, payments are settled upon delivery via Cash, Instant UPI, or verified Bank Transfer.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Because produce is sourced fresh during early morning mandi hours specifically against confirmed commercial orders, cancellations must be communicated before procurement loading commences (typically prior to 5:30 AM on dispatch day).
